Dear Family and Friends, 
We are now pleased to offer you the opportunity to book safe face-to-face visits in our specially adapted indoor Family Suite.  Click on the ‘Book Now’ button to reserve your 30 minute slot.  Please note visits are for visitors only from the same household.

This is to book our Family Room which is accessed via an outside door and contains a specially adapted floor to ceiling screen.

Family Room

We are pleased to be able to offer visiting to the resident's room - strictly by appointment only and for a 40 minute duration. On arrival you will be asked to take a Rapid Covid test in the car park prior to entering the building and you will need to wear the appropriate PPE.   PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO CONDUCT THE TESTING PROCESS TO AVOID MISSING YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT.
This service is only available to nominated visitors and on a fortnightly basis.  Additional requests inside this period will be subject to cancellation or transferred to the indoor Family Visiting Suite.  Please wait for confirmation of appointment prior to arrival.
