Enhanced Visiting

Description

We are pleased to be able to offer visiting to the resident's room - strictly by appointment only and for a 40 minute duration. On arrival you will be asked to take a Rapid Covid test in the car park prior to entering the building and you will need to wear the appropriate PPE. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO CONDUCT THE TESTING PROCESS TO AVOID MISSING YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT.
This service is only available to nominated visitors and on a fortnightly basis. Additional requests inside this period will be subject to cancellation or transferred to the indoor Family Visiting Suite. Please wait for confirmation of appointment prior to arrival.
